I am Northamptonshire elite personal trainer Michael Epstein and thank you for visiting Bolt fitness training.  I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2006.  I have worked for prestigious gym chains where I have gained the practical and theoretical experience needed to start my own personal training business.  I have been fortunate to work with hundreds of people and help them achieve their goals.  Since becoming a personal trainer I have helped the following groups of people reach there health and fitness goals :

How I Achieved my Body


There’s no fundamental secret.  It comes down to sheer determination, hard work and sweat.  Life isn't going to give you the body you desire on a silver platter.  I train four to six days a week, sometimes twice a day and 90% of the time eat a strict low-fat, mod-high protein and  low-mod complex , low-mod GL index carbohydrate diet depending on training days to achieve the body I have now.  Everyday is still a challenge, my workouts are intense, my diet is strict but I look and feel great.  I try and give 110% everyday and if clients can the give the same, their dreams can be fulfilled as well with my expertise and guidance.
